2, Recent picture soft copy size 35 cm x 45 cm

3, Last six months bank statements and solvency certificate for single person balance 70,000 bdt or family 120,000 bdt

4, For business person need valid trade licence translate and notary or visiting card

5, For private service holders need NOC and job id card or visiting card

6, Salary Certificate or Last 3  Months Pay Slip(If Not Salary Account)

7, For student need NOC with institute and valid student id card copy
